Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery location and the items in your cart.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to courier or customs issues that are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and offer a refund or alternate delivery option.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may take slightly longer to process and are subject to additional verification. A COD confirmation call or SMS may be sent before dispatch.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Dhapu is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Dhapu is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
